Three or more payment methods at the same time

We have a client looking to make the move to Shopify. Currently they use offer their customers the option of three different methods of payment on their website and would like to replicate this on the new site, and potentially add a fourth option as well.

Options they would like to offer;

  • Shopify Payments
  • Afterpay
  • PayPal

Potential fourth option;

  • Zip Payments

As far as I can see, Shopify doesn’t explicitly address this in their documents but I have read on another site that if you use Shopify payments then you can not use a secondary payment method.

Alternately we might look at replacing Shopify Payments with something like Windcave if that gives us the option to use Afterpay and PayPal.

You can use all 4. Shopify Payments would be the primary credit card gateway. You can only one have one primary but that won’t block the others. Paypal is it’s own category so can be added without conflict. Afterpay and Zip are alternate gateway types (so they don’t get in the way of the primary or paypal)
