I’m trying to set up a tiered discount on a product range in my store. The range has different colours to choose from. I want to offer buy 2 for £10, buy 3 for £14, buy 4 for £18 etc where the customer can choose from the colours available to complete the offer not get 2, 3 or 4 of the same colour. Can someone help me with how or if there is a way to do this please, but without having to pay for an app.

You can achive this by using Every Possible Discount App.
There is a discount type in the app called “Buy X for Y $”, wherein you can create offers like “Buy any 2 for £10” or “Buy any 3 for £14”.
It also has a tiered Buy X for Y$ feature.

Shopify’s built-in discount engine does not allow for a mix and match tiered pricing on variants without installing apps. One workaround is to make bundles as products or use an automatic discount for certain quantities but this works per variant. For maximum flexibility custom scripts/apps are usually needed.
