I use the official Tik Tok Shopify app intergration / sales channel, i started to notice in the last few days my orders stopped coming through to shopify, i clicked on the tik tok app in shopify today and all my products have unsynced, it says it syncing but it doesnt appear to be doing anything?
Does anyone have any idea how this might have happened, tik tok support dont seem to know or have solution yet?
