Figured it out guys, After hours of going crazy. Nothing to do with TT or Shopify, did any of you guys update Chrome recently? If so it blocks third party cookies by default. Change to always allow, and delete the cookie data from within that setting tabs for the 3PA.

I did nothing to fix it and it just started working again so I think it was something on their end that they fixed.
