Hi everyone!
I know people are busy so I appreciate anyone taking time to read/look.
Here is what we have done:
- We varied the shipping costs based off of order amounts. I still think the shipping cost is an issue, but below a certain order amount the customer has to pay the full shipping cost as it will cause us to go so far negative, we simply can not cover it. (maybe someone has a better idea of how to combat this issue?)
- We re-vamped the page, changed color schemes, made the layout easier to navigate (we think?).
- We have price matched as much as we can on items, there may be a couple items we could potentially be high on, but we simply cant go lower because of our cost from the wholesaler.
- We also re-did our product photos, we tried to be different and have a kind of theme. We changed it when we realized maybe it did not make us look professional enough. We also added more to the description of items.

Thank you for your time, and please be honest with criticism.
Hi @bnbsnacks , it’s Kate here from the PageFly team - a Shopify page builder app.
It’s wonderful to see that you’ve come this far in your entrepreneurial journey. I have a few suggestions that could help optimize your team’s efforts further. If you find them helpful, please let me know by giving a thumbs-up or marking it as your solution.
1. Homepage
- The hero banner should embody the ‘snack’ spirit and include images of your products..
- The collection section currently looks quite similar to the product list below. I suggest creating a distinct background or border to highlight it. Perhaps adding some icons could also lighten up the mood ?.
- Select a leading product and feature it prominently. Create a dedicated section for a product you have high confidence in.
- Add a favicon logo. To make your store look for professional and branded.

- Marketing suggestion: Establish a dedicated section for this campaign. If you’re planning to target other markets, ensure that your website includes local languages and relevant keywords for those regions. A
lso, the current announcement bar is somewhat verbose, which might cause visitors to overlook it.
2. Product page
- Incorporate more images to showcase what’s inside the box, give an idea of the taste, and detail the ingredients.
For food and beverage products, visitors often have numerous concerns. It’s crucial to ensure that your presentation makes them feel safe and reassured about the product’s quality and reliability.
- Include a review section. If you don’t have one yet, consider taking photos of your products being enjoyed in real life. This adds authenticity and appeal.
3. Promotion suggestions
-
Rather than just offering free shipping for a certain order amount, consider creating COMBO deals that include product bundles with free shipping. For example:
-
Bundle Popular Products: Identify popular or complementary products and bundle them together at a slightly discounted rate compared to buying them separately.
-
Create Themed Bundles: For instance, a “Healthy Snack Bundle” or “Party Pack” could attract customers looking for specific types of snacks.
-
Promote Free Shipping: Clearly state that this combo comes with free shipping. This can be a strong incentive for customers to purchase the bundle.
→ Feature the Combo on Homepage: Display the combo prominently on the homepage with attractive images and a clear call-to-action.
Example:
I believe that these suggestions will optimize your store for higher conversion rates and customer engagement. I hope you and your team the best in your endeavors. Keep up the great work!
Cheers,
