Hi,

I cannot finish setting up the marketing catalog because the software does not pass the step with the marketing catalog location when I press the button “Go to settings” I land in my Shopify store application settings but this is the setting for my own Shopify store address and my business address. They should be my business address for my Shopify store. This is all correct. Please can you advice.

I contacted TikTok but since weeks they were not able to solve this problem. They have ask me that my developer should have a look at some page sources from my TikTok Ads Manager to find there some information which the TikTok support needs to help me but I do not have a developer working for me. I am an artist and cannot afford my own developer. I have to manage my business on my own. I also was thinking that as a Shopify owner I do not need to have coding skills to integrate TikTok?

Perhaps there is somewhere out here with the same problem or someone can give some advice??

Any updates on this?

Has anyone found the solution?

Hi. I’ve figured it out.

You need to create a market that matches your store currency. For example: store currency is USD, then create a United States market and make it primary.

Hope this helps.
