I have initially sync the inventory from shopify to TTshop and curretly selling on TTshop.
However since our TT business account is not linked to correct shopify TT login, I have disconnected.
Q1) If I resync, Do I loose sales count (Ranking) on listing already listed with previous login?
I got below message:
We have identified products you have sold on TikTok Shop but for which sales information has not been updated to Shopify. Map products to Shopify before you continue.
