Tiktok Shop product mapping

Hi everyone, is it possible to remove the product mapping between Shopify and TikTok Shop? Some of my products are showing as mapped but the TTS orders are not appearing in Shopify no matter what I do. I would like to try and remap them but cannot find an option to do this.

Do I need to uninstall the TikTok app and start again, and what other consequences could that have? Thanks!

Hi thanks for this, I’ve tried deactivating and even deleting the products within Tiktok Shopify App but it doesn’t work. Looks like uninstalling is the only option, I’m just worried that this won’t work either!
