Ok, so at least I know now that I’m not the only one. I have literally 15-20 tickets created with tiktok and they have no clue, even with screen shots and a walk through video, they give me some repetitive instructions of how to map a product and close the ticket. Shopify never knows what’s wrong, I don’t even contact them anymore. It has to be a software glitch, there is literally no other explanation. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the tiktok app, and I managed to get 1 new product to show, then it went back to how it was.
