Tile business needing the option of adding by Square meter or number of tiles

Hi I am building a shopify website selling tiles I want the customer to choose by number of square metres or number of tiles like this website: https://www.tilemountain.co.uk/p/white-marble-split-face-mosaic.html

I know the price of each item by m2 price or tile price. I just need a formula and some filed boxes that adjust the price according to eh number inputted by the customer.

I want to avoid using an app if possible due to monthly cost and server load times
