My store has been frozen for more than 3 months due to outstanding balance. Is there a time limit for reactivating it?

Generally speaking, store information would be saved for up to 2 years on closed or frozen stores.
Within this timeframe, all you’d need to do is log in, reactivate your store and pay any outstanding invoices due for that store.
