TIME SENSITIVE ISSUE // COLLECTION PAGES

Hi Shopify community,

We have a time sensitive issue at the site that just appeared even though I had not touched the code so let me know if you can help fixing it asap. If needed, we can cover development fees for a coding job.

See the below issues:

On some pages for desktop version, the products are laid out pretty much correctly, even if they have a weird card effect and color swatches are not showing anymore (see this one for instance: https://www.hiroclark.com/collections/all)).

On pages for desktop version, this is even worse, we now have a vertical layout like if it was on mobile and color swatches are not displayed anymore. See here for instance: https://www.hiroclark.com/collections/sweatshirts-and-hoodies

Please, let me know as soon as possible if you can check as it might definitely affect our sales.

Also, when looking at my archived themes, I still have a theme that shows correctly the collection pages but that was before we set up apps for filters and image cards (Smart Product Filter & Search Depict). See how it should look like:

I had to wait more than a minute to get this interface
It seems like something is causing your website to load super slow
It could be the app you just installed
Try the theme before you installing this app to see if the error is still there

In case you don’t have a theme backup
Contact the support of the other app to remove the code if it is in the theme
Try uninstalling the app to see if the error is still there
