I couldn’t find an official feature request page so thought I would ask here.
I would like the Time to fulfil report/stat to be customisable so that it only includes hours/days we are open. The stat would be excellent for measuring warehouse and shipping performance but since it includes out of hours and weekends when we are closed it is a meaningless stat for us.
Currently I have to export orders for a selected time period, edit the dates and times of orders to fit within our opening hours and then calculate time from order to fulfilment to get this stat and it would be amazing to have this automated.
There is likely no quicker way with Shopify itself.
