Currently, when I am looking at Shopify on my various devices, the orders for day / sales for the day are different on the devices due to they picking up different time zones. Can someone assist with this. I want all my devices to record my sales / orders as per time zone ( AST for Trinidad and Tobago)
When you go into Settings>General>Standards and formats, you should see the spot where you can change the timezone for your store. Once you chose a new timezone, make sure you hit ‘Save’. That should update the times of things like orders in your store.
If you are finding that this isn’t working for you, you should try to clear the cache on your browser. If you’re not sure how to clear your browser’s cache you can follow the steps in this guide based on your device and what browser you use.
