Tips/Advice Sought For More Conversions

I have been running a FB ad campaign for about a month now, but would like to see higher sales/conversion rates (who wouldn’t, lol). Below is my landing page (home page) link. I sell comic pinup style and Hispanic themed original art and prints.

As an FYI, I recently installed the Judge.Me reviews app. No reviews yet, but I’ve reached out to previous customers hoping they will leave one. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you all in advance!

Header:

1.Wishlist missing.

2.Social media Icon missing.

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)

The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.

  1. Add featured products on the home page with add to cart option.

2.Featured Products / all Titles should be Optimized and Seo Friendly.

3.Add sticky add to cart button on home page collection features.
4.Add a Lead magnet section on the Home Page.
5.If Possible, add Instagram feed on the home page.

6.Add customer reviews on the home page to gain the trust of the customer.

7.Highlight the USP of your product or service.

Collection and Product Page:

  • Add Product Review on Collection Pages

  • Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout

  • Add Trust Badges below add to cart or Buy now Button

  • Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping

SPEED Optimization:

1.Your site might be in need of Optimization too. As per Google Insights, your site score is 28 which means that attention is required here. A well-optimized site rates 60+ for mobile version, this affects your SEO ranking and decides how many customers/visitors view or find your website as 80% visitors use mobile to place the order. This is especially important if you don’t want to invest in advertisements.

HOME PAGE

1. The hero banner. There are 2 points that I’d like to discuss with you.

  • First, there is no CTA button or text on the hero banner.

  • Second, the redirect product link is a bit misleading.

2. Add a featured product section. This is to highlight your leading or new product(s).

3. Display your personal brand in the homepage. Reason: To make your storeand artworks more authentic and credible.

4. Showcase your Instagram accounts and highlight posts: I noticed that you have put a lot of effort into your Instagram account, and it is receiving considerable attention.

You can showcase your Instagram posts to make your store more engaging and help customers make purchase decisions. Some Shopify app for Instagram feed that I’d like to suggest:

  • VIBE Shoppable Instagram Feed
  • InstaFeed+Story Instagram Feed
  • Instafeed ‑ Instagram Feed

5. This section should be placed on top below the hero banner.

PRODUCT PAGE

1. Write the description with bullet points and bold important texts. Reason: Help customers easily scan your product details.

2. Help customer visualize how the canvas will look in their personal space. For example:

1. Hero section

  • Heading & sub-heading content: It should be your brand’s slogan or key message that highlights your unique selling proposition. Try to come up with a short yet impressive slogan to make sure customers will remember your brand.
  • CTA button: I suggest adding a bold CTA to the middle of the section to attract more attention! An outstanding CTA button can drive your customers to product/ about page, making them stay longer on your site.

2. Add delivery date instead of estimated delivery

I suggest adding a delivery date estimation when your customers proceed to the check-out page. Knowing exactly when to expect their order can remove a barrier to purchase.

For example, “Arrives April 20th to April 24th” is still better than “3-5 Business Days”

3. Add Customer Support section

Don’t overlook the importance of customer support for your new online store. Being available whenever customers need you the most can help drive more conversion to your store. You can add a help widget that contains FAQ to the bottom right corner of your website like this:
