Congratulations on your new store! I can see it is well-designed and has quite enough of essential details. While it’s already great, I do have some suggestions to help make it even better. Here are a few of my recommendations for a better customer experience, if you don’t mind taking a look.
1. Hero section
- Heading & sub-heading content: It should be your brand’s slogan or key message that highlights your unique selling proposition. Try to come up with a short yet impressive slogan to make sure customers will remember your brand.
- CTA button: I suggest adding a bold CTA to the middle of the section to attract more attention! An outstanding CTA button can drive your customers to product/ about page, making them stay longer on your site.
2. Add delivery date instead of estimated delivery
I suggest adding a delivery date estimation when your customers proceed to the check-out page. Knowing exactly when to expect their order can remove a barrier to purchase.
For example, “Arrives April 20th to April 24th” is still better than “3-5 Business Days”
3. Add Customer Support section
Don’t overlook the importance of customer support for your new online store. Being available whenever customers need you the most can help drive more conversion to your store. You can add a help widget that contains FAQ to the bottom right corner of your website like this:
