There were only 7 duplicate title tag on my website, yesterday, all of a sudden, 76 pages are showing up as having duplicate title tag as “American Express”. But I checked it in website page by page, there is no change and everything looks, okay. But, in Semrush site audit, this is coming up as an error and affected to 76 pages. (I have added a SEO plugin, last week) is that because of this? Any idea or similar experience and solutions?

Did you install any plugins recently, then that would be the issue. I installed a SEO plugin and it messed it all up, and when I deleted it all became okay. So better check recent plugin installs.
