TnC disclaimer / confirmation before checkout

hello ,

  1. I want to add a T&C before checkout, without which it won’t proceed.

is there a shopify buily-in system for it or it has to be done through apps

  1. There is this order confirmation section

but i can’t seem to find it in my settings

sorry i found out it’s TnC / Disclaimer at checkout is only advanced plans.

Is there a way using apps
