To whom can I address troubleshooting my online store issues. I can't reach anyone in real-time?

I have reached out on multiple occasions and haven’t had a reply from Shopify regarding the online store I invested in. I believe they may have placed it up for grabs? Can someone please assist with this situation. How can I be ignored and my store offered away? I have attempted to reset password etc. My store is being essentially taken? Is this legal? I am requesting a response.
