I’m located in the US.

What should I do with this order?

The seller contacted me off instagram to confirm I received the order. But it was marked as yellow potentially unsafe by Shopify. Should I still fulfill it? Should I cancel it?

I’m getting the following indicator when I click on payment analysis

The billing address is listed as Qatar, but the order was placed from United States

Location of IP address used to place the order is Dallas, Texas, United States

In order to protect merchants like you, Shopify does have warnings and process for you to deal with risk of fraud.

If an order is at a high risk of fraud, then you can attempt to verify the order, cancel the order, or refund the order.
