It’s the GREY BAR AT THE BOTTOM ON THE IMAGE I’VE ALREADY SENT, that makes it look like my site is now too wide. A toggle bar. Please look at it.

Actually that also removed my right side navigational bar to allow someone to scroll down the page. 
Is there perhaps another solution?
