Last year, I was able to connect my UPS account to Shopify and from the shipping page in settings, select to use Shopify rate or UPS account rate. I could go back and forth, toggling this selection to use both my UPS negotiated account rate and Shopify’s rate. It was the best of both worlds since my UPS account gave me better rate on heavier packages and Shopify had better on lighter ones. I am no longer seeing the option to change this setting on what rates to use. I only see the option deactivate/delete my carrier account to get the Shopify rates to display for purchasing labels. Then reconnect to UPS to go back to those rates. Is there a way to get the option to switch between rates back or did it get moved to a different settings page? Just to clarify, I am not asking about carrier calculate rates that display to customer at check-out.
