Having multiple h1 tag is very bad from SEO’s point of view. If the theme renders multiple h1 tag you should make change the h1 to anoter tag. This should be done my editing the theme code. First you should locate all the h1 tags and remove them manully.

I would also love to know how to change the H / Heading tags to the modules in the Motions Theme. They seem to be preset.
