Too many variations for selected Autods package

I deleted ALL of my products, but I am still getting the following error message from Autods when I try to set up my account

“You have 964 variations which is more than 200 allowed variations in this package”

Everywhere I search says that I cannot have variations unless I have products. When I click on the products tab - I have no products. Please advise.

this is the error message that I am getting but I do not have any products - so how can I have hundreds of variations?
