Top level navigation isn't displaying collection

The top-level navigation on the website I manage, bokettowellness.com is directed to a new page, but the collection I assigned to each are not loading: (Shop All, Face & Body, Well-being, Lifestyle, Pantry). This problem just popped up. Any ideas?

I reloaded the collections, opened on an incognito browser… Halp! (And thanks.)

it looks as though this could be an app issue, but without having access to your store it is hard to know for sure.

I don’t know what app you’re using on collections pages (maybe something for filtering?) - but check the app settings to make sure it’s setup/installed properly.

If it is, I would navigate to the visual editor (Themes > Customize) and go to Theme Settings (bottom left of the screen) and then click “App Embeds” – make sure that the filtering app you’re using is toggled on.

I noticed a similar issue with a product filtering app I configured for another client, and this solution seemed to help.

Thanks, Alex! Wish List Drawer is the app in App Embeds… It was toggled off, but I put it on. AND I don’t think this is a filtering app. Any other ideas? What’s next steps :wink:

It looks like the app on this page may be by Search Anise - called “Smart Search & Filter” https://apps.shopify.com/searchanise

I’ve attached a screenshot of the HTML for one of your collections pages to show what’s being rendered (so you can see that the app is preventing the page content from loading properly)

I would check the Apps section in your Shopify admin and ensure it is configured correctly, or disable the filtering on the collections pages for now (through the app). This app is the reason your products aren’t visible.

I can’t 100% confirm why the app is behaving this way without getting into your Shopify store - but that’s where I would check next.

Alex, that was it! The app trial ended, for some reason, I didn’t notice any notifications to upgrade/renew. Thank you so much. What a lifesaver.
