Just speaking from my own experience. We’ve seen quite a boost in conversion rate by simply offering Live Chat on site and expanding our hours of coverage that our chat is live. We’re seeing about 20-25% of our chat conversations resulting in a sale which is better than I imagined. I use TalentPop.co as an agency that manages all of our customer service including live chat, and Gorgias as the actual live chat widget. Highly recommend

We have added the social proof where we were featured in some media outlets. That built the trust and credibility on our site and boosted conversion.
