# 我想要关店取消套餐并且退掉前天扣掉的年费

2023年8月24号套餐到期并且在当天扣了款下一年的年费，才想起要关店

目前想申请退款并且关店；无任何营收跟其他应用费用

shopify店铺不是有官方客服联系方式吗，你去店铺找一下，有
