結論から申し上げますと解決しませんでした。
前回の投稿後にshopifyのサポートの方と何度かやりとりしたのですが、以下でファイナルアンサーでした。
Shopify Magic does not automatically rewrite product descriptions on published product pages without user interaction. The tool is designed to assist users by generating and editing content, but it requires you to initiate any changes.
There is currently no setting to disable AI tools directly. Users must actively select the text they wish to edit and use the “Generate text” feature to receive suggestions. This means you have full control over when and how product descriptions are altered.
仕方なく、毎月DLしていた商品情報からコピペで戻した次第です。
