# 明細表の印刷で日本語箇所が文字化けする

初めて質問させていただきます。

クライアント様より、明細表の印刷が先日まで（2021/1/15）問題なくできてたようですが、  
2021/1/15より文字化けするようになったようで、こちらでも調査したところ確かに日本語部分が文字化けするようです。  
該当クライアント様の環境以外の管理しているストアでも同様でして、まったく解消方法がわからない状況です。

また設定＞配送と配達ページの明細表のテンプレートの編集でのプレビューでも同様に文字化けいたします。

ただ注文によっては文字化けしない注文もあり、その法則もよくわからない状況です。

ちなみに一部だけ文字化けではなく文字化けする明細はすべての日本語部分が文字化けしてしまいます。
