注文管理画面にて対象をアーカイブした後に注文を削除できることは確認できましたが、 一括で削除する方法が確認できません。 注文を一括で削除する方法をご教授いただけますでしょうか。 ---

Hello @sycm210428 Renars here from Matrixify (Excelify). Sorry about replying in English here. Thank you for suggesting the use of Matrixify @Anonymous_44fbe07fc59d9ccaacd70575fd5a5155 . You sure can bulk delete Orders with the Matrixify (Excelify) app with the [bulk delete Orders tutorial](https://matrixify.app/tutorials/bulk-delete-orders-shopify/) that @Anonymous_44fbe07fc59d9ccaacd70575fd5a5155 linked. Just make sure that your Orders can be deleted at all. As per the [Shopify Orders manual](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/orders/cancel-delete-order#delete-an-order), Shopify only allows deleting orders that match at least one of the following criteria: - orders that were paid with a [manual payment method](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/manual-payments) - orders that started as a draft and were then [marked as paid](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/orders/create-orders#accept-payment) - orders that were imported through the Shopify API (app created Orders) - orders marked with test = true So, Orders that are actual Customer placed Orders you would not be able to delete at all from your store, manually or in bulk with apps.
