# 【カゴ落ち機能】カート離脱の判定のタイミングについて

ECストア構築初心者です。

アプリでのカゴ落ちメールの運用を検討しているのですが、

Shopifyデフォルトだとカートに商品を追加し、チェックアウトページまで進んだ上でページを離脱しないとカゴ落ちと判定されないようです。

ECプラットフォームはどれもそのような仕様なのでしょうか。

また、チェックアウトページまで進まずにページを離脱してもカゴ落ちと判定されるShopifyアプリはあるのでしょうか。

ご教示いただけますと幸いです。
