Hey @Adam_Hoyle13 In a website show casing the products is not enoug. It’s also included to design a site professionality. Like setting up all pages including home page, product page, collection page, policies etc.

Hi @Adam_Hoyle13

There are some foundational things that need sorting here before anything else because right now the store isn’t ready for traffic.

First get a custom domain. toptechnologyusa.myshopify.com is not a URL you can build a credible tech brand around. People buying electronics and technology products are already cautious about where they spend their money online and that default Shopify domain makes the store feel like it was set up yesterday. A proper domain is one of the cheapest and most impactful fixes you can make.

The default demo images still being on the store is a serious trust problem. Someone landing and seeing placeholder content immediately knows the store isn’t finished. That needs to go before you send a single person to the site. Go through every section and replace anything that isn’t your actual content.

The homepage also needs a clear reason for why someone should buy from you specifically. Tech is one of the most competitive ecommerce categories and without a compelling answer to that question upfront, people will just go somewhere they already recognise. Look at what your direct competitors are doing on their homepages and use that as a reference point for what yours should communicate. If you’re struggling with the design side and can’t get it where it needs to be on your own, it’s genuinely worth hiring a Shopify expert to help rather than launching something that isn’t ready.

The slider cart is already there but it’s not being used properly. Add a free shipping progress bar inside it and show cross-sell suggestions so customers can see what else pairs well with what they just added. For a tech store, accessories and complementary products are natural add-ons that belong right there in the cart.

Don’t install separate apps to build each of these cart features out though. Something like iCart handles the progress bar and in-cart cross-sells all together without slowing your store down or adding unnecessary cost.
