I am looking for a way to list the total money saved in my “new order” emails for my customers. Almost all of the products I sell on my website are on sale. It would be nice if my customers could see the amount they saved in total. The default template does not even show the sale price. It just shows the price it sold to the customer for. I know it already lists the amount saved from discounts but I want amount saved from the products just being on sale.
In a nutshell, I want my customers to see the “you saved” amount and to see the sale price of the product
That is an excellent idea because, as a customer, I too love having the entire order overview always available in the email. Also, you did a great job providing a visual example of what you want to achieve.
This customization would be done within the Order Confirmation email template, which you can find in the Notification section within Settings.
