I have been struggling with link click not matching up. 2 weeks ago we started new ads, and the outbound clicks didnt match our shopify visitors one bit.
Its never been a problem before, and my performence have gone from ROAS 4.5-5 to 1.5 in 2 weeks. In the last 2 weeks there have been 7989 clicks on my ads but only 4700 visitors to my shop. Some of them comes from google and direct as well.
Before this problem started those 2 numbers were paralel down to maybe 5% difference. Anybody have expirenced this, and the sudden drop in performance.
