Tracking Abandoned Carts via Woohoo or any other pop-up apps

Hi,

I am using Woohoo app as my signup pop up spinner. When costumers subscribe through this app and add something to their cart and leave, I cant track it. How can fix this? Klaviyo and Shopify gets the e-mail address of the costumer. How can I allow Woohoo to track costumers behavior and deliver it Klaviyo?
