Tracking and paying artist in a Brick and Mortar store

I own a brick and mortar gift store. I sell some pottery in my store for a 60/40 split of the sale. How do I track the sales and calculate the split so I can write a check to the artists at the end of the month? Is there an app for this in shopify? When I try to research on this all I find is information to help me do everything online. I wish Shopify had a section strictly to help people with Brick and Mortar stores. There are lots of us out here that use shopify but aren’t selling online or paying people online.
