Tracking splitting out collection from product URL

we have been having an issue with an affiliate not going to the personalised product page on the user’s first click.

We are using a Bloomreach to push a voucher code when a customer lands on a link starting with https://icklebubba.com/collections/emmas-diary-exclusives/

We believe that when giving them this linked, plus us adding on tracking and the affiliate shortening the link. The “/collections/emmas-diary-exclusives” element of the URL is being stripped out on the first click.

Ie, we want to send the user here: https://icklebubba.com/collections/emmas-diary-exclusives/products/radial-360-rotating-car-seat?irclickid=0xyTnTxK5xyPWXkwNHy-P0sqUkFy6L13cxtN3E0&sharedid=&irpid=4667668&irgwc=1

But the first click takes them here: https://icklebubba.com/products/radial-360-rotating-car-seat?irclickid=0xyTnTxK5xyPWXkwNHy-P0sqUkFy6L13cxtN3E0&sharedid=&irpid=4667668&irgwc=1

We had assumed this was because of the shortened links coming from the addition of the impact tracking (https://icklebubbaltd.pxf.io/NkRGaP), however I have noticed that it does also happen on other links that we have tracking added to.

For example, if you go to our Instagram link in bio solution: https://linkstre.am/icklebubba (in incognito)

For the purposes of this, click the Coleby cot picture (ochre wall). The first click will take you to: https://icklebubba.com/products/coleby-classic-cot-bed?utm_campaign=coleby_sept3&utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=social&utm_content=linkstream_stream&utm_term=

However, the link is actually: https://icklebubba.com/collections/cots-and-cot-beds/products/coleby-classic-cot-bed?utm_campaign=coleby_sept3&utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=social&utm_content=linkstream_stream&utm_term= and so a second click on the picture would take you here.

Is anyone having this same problem or able to fix it?
