How do you track traffic from AI engines within Shopify analytics?

Shopify Analytics serves as a starting point, but it is not a perfect science because of an attribution gap often called shadow AI. Many AI platforms do not pass referrer headers consistently, which means that traffic often gets mislabeled and dumped into your direct or organic social buckets
