leider verknüpft Shopify die Trackingnummern von DHL Warenpost international falsch. Die Nummern, die z.B. mit LE, oder LF beginnen, werden zu der Seite der Deutschen Post weitergeleitet. Das hat mal vor einiger Zeit noch funktioniert. Nun ist es aber nicht mehr möglich. Ich bekomme vermehrt E-Mails von meinen ausländischen Käufern, die den nicht vorhandenen Sendungsstatus bemängeln.
Ich habe bis jetzt keine Lösung gefunden diese Versandart mit DHL zu verknüpfen. meines Wissens macht es Shopify automatisch
I’ve noticed that DHL Warenpost is not currently listed in the Shopify options. This means that if only the tracking number is provided, Shopify will rely on its internal logic to determine the carrier, which can sometimes result in errors.
Until Shopify officially recognizes the DHL Warenpost tracking URL, the best approach is to include both the Tracking URL and Tracking Number when fulfilling orders in Shopify. You can find the tracking URL option when selecting “Other” as the carrier option.
