Even without knowing the email of the sender that must be a scam. I am not sure why you did not search discussions here or just on Google but if you check your email one more time from the title to most of the bold text you will see it is a scare tactic, and to make sense of urgency so you do not think but get afraid and contact them or pay.

But that scam has been going on for quite some time, and almost every day, as few people post similar scams. I bet the sender’s email is from GMail.

So stay safe and also do not click suspicious links.

Ok, it was the urgency of it all. The email was from: official.complianceunit@gmail.com and name was “Shopify Trademark Comlliance Team” in case someone else gets these in the future.

yes it is a scam, it is from a gmail account and Shopify use just one I mention in previous post.
