I think you already know the answer but let me ask you if I send you an email from santa_claus@gmail.com and tell you UGENT: NO GIFT THIS YEAR IF YOU DO NOT PAY would you believe me?

“Shopify will only send emails from official domains such as @shopify.com, @email.shopify.com, @em.shopify.com, and @shopify-billpay.melio.com. Emails from public email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Apple mail, or Hotmail aren’t from Shopify and should be treated as potential phishing attempts.”
If you search here or just Google you will find hundreds of topics with same issue. Some have detailed descriptions on what happening if you click any link in that email.
So do not click any links and stay safe.
