We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify. On WooCommerce, we used TradeTracker without any issues. However, after moving to Shopify, it’s no longer working.
I have installed the TradeTracker app and configured all the required settings (Customer ID, Product ID, Passphrase, Campaign ID, and Host - self-hosted). I have also set up the DNS in our domain host.
When I place a test order, the pixel event fires correctly in Shopify, but no conversion is registered in TradeTracker.
I have spoken with our account manager at TT, who says everything looks correct from their side, and with Shopify support, who referred me back to TradeTracker.
At this point, I’m unsure what else to check…
Is anyone successfully using the TradeTracker Connect app on Shopify who might be able to share insights?
