Congratulations on your new store! I can see it is well-designed and has quite enough of essential details. While it’s already great, I do have some suggestions to improve the conversion rate. Here are a few of my recommendations for a better customer experience, if you don’t mind taking a look.
1. Freeze the header
A sticky header makes it easier for users to find what they’re looking for and avoid having to scroll back to the top each time they want to navigate a different website section.
2. Use images instead of text
Content with relevant images can get up to 94% more views and it also helps create stronger first impressions for visitors. I suggest replacing the text at this part with appealing images as it can reduce bounce rates by making content more approachable
3. Enhance the product filter
A more intuitive filter search makes it easier for customers to find exactly what they’re looking for, thus reducing frustration. When customers can easily find products that match their specific criteria, they’re more likely to make a purchase
Besides availability and pricing, you can consider adding some other elements, such as colors, style, font, etc.

4. Re-organize the layout of FAQ categories
Visitors are more likely to abandon the page as they can get lost in a lengthy list of FAQ categories and can’t search for the information they want.
I recommend switching to a more logical grouping method for your current FAQs and adding a search bar to the FAQ page to improve user experience.
