Hey @Simifo12,

I just check your Store and here is my honest review.

  • Customer always stay on the store when the UI of the Store is interactive.
  • I cannot see any Social Proof of your products. This leads to the failure of the Store.
  • You must use the Review app and add min 20+ reviews for each product with images.
  • I see the product page is not optimized. You should optimize it for better look.
If you need help to improve the UI of your store that generate sales then please share the 4 digits collab code in the p/m so that I can start work on it.
    Thanks

Hello @Simifo12 , It is frustrating when you are making an effort and results are not going your way, but keep trying and applying the changes. I tested your store by using Google Page Insights Report, and the overall performance ( for both views) is good so which shows you have well optimized your store. The main issue lies in your design, as below are the things that I noticed in your store.

  • Navigation Bar - You have placed a good navigation bar as all the important links are there, but the design does not seem good as you have taken the much space not in one line ( For Desktop View) of the navigation bar. Place it better, make it more visible, as the color seems light as well.

  • Customer Review ( On Homepage) - You have not placed any customer reviews or testimonials on the homepage, as using this makes a huge impact for building trust among the users. So add that section below the home page to attract the users, and that will help in increasing the sales of products.

  • Social Media Activeness - You have made an Instagram page for your store, which is a good thing, but try to add more social media pages on other platforms as well. Regularly posting will make an impact, and try to search for keywords related to your store and promote them. You can use some Ad campaigns.

i checked your store. i will comment on two aspects that might help you increase both traffic and conversions.

  1. first, start with improving your store’s seo. right now, when i visit your store and check the home page and product pages, i feel they can perform better with high-volume, high-intent keywords. these keywords will help your organic rankings on google search and bring more visitors to your store.

i can see that you are working on your blog page as well, which is good. i suggest creating more articles that target users at all three stages of the marketing funnel to bring more traffic.

  1. after seo, i recommend improving your store’s design. at the moment, it is quite basic. don’t get me wrong, the good news is that you have already created a store and are aware of the concerns. the next step is to improve it. my suggestion is to try different shopify themes to enhance the overall appeal. you can also check shopify’s blog on 50+ best stores to see how successful e-commerce businesses design their stores. seo will bring organic traffic, but visitors will only convert if the store design is appealing and user-friendly.

hope i was able to add some value.

Hey @Simifo12,

I totally get your point about not getting sales.

I checked with your site and found a few points that can be improved.

Regarding your question about sales, try to fix your header first. It seems like you want to add everything to your header. Later, add a favicon to your site. Try to add a hero image to your website that describes what your store is really about.

You’ve a wide range of products, but you’re not using upselling or cross-selling to promote them. These tactics can earn you more profit without focusing on ads or other paid things. Try apps like iCart that have more than upselling features. This type of all-in-one app can save you money while providing extra.

Try to focus on WHY someone will buy from your store. Try to create a little FOMO across the store to sell faster and better.

Next, the most important thing is to keep trying and finding what can make your store next level.

Hello @Simifo12

I notice four elements on your website which need to be noted here. Please take a look at what I collect below and optimize accordingly if you think they are reasonable:

  1. Optimize your banner image on the homepage. Honestly, it makes me feel like not completed when firstly seeing this image. How about changing into a new banner image with colors and title highlighted? It will attract more customers if you do so, as the current banner image is not attractive and some customers will skip away directly.

  2. Reschedule your navigation bar menus. I can feel that you are aiming at describing what you sell on Collections more clearly, but if you put them one by one on the navigation bar, they will result in a chaos I have to say. My suggestion here is to create a new menu named as ‘Collections’ directly and put all Collection pages into this new menu. It will not only make store menu section look cleaner, but also let customers feel easier to explore and check in order.

  3. Favicon Missing. There is no favicon on your store and it will affect your store SEO as well as brand awareness when your potential customers would like to know more about your store by searching on Google. Please add it from Shopify admin page properly and after updating by Google, your store shall have a better search appearance in search results.

  4. Add Trust Badges. I fail to know more details about the highlights of your products when I further explore on the web pages, especially on product categories. You can choose to add some trust badges under Buy it Now buttons and the advantage of doing so is to let customers know your product key points immediately, as not all customers will fully read descriptions. It can increase your conversions in some ways.

The overall interaction is fine after my clicking and accessing on your store, to be honest. If you would like to increase your store content into a higher level, the On-Page SEO shall be your first consideration. You can double-check and follow the SEO advice provided to see what you think whether meet Google demands and what customers want also. Cheers and optimize continually, you deserve it!

Hi there,

Are you running TikTok ads or just posting TikToks?

If you are just posting TikToks then you should start running ads too. And maybe you can even start TikTok Shop if you are getting good traffic from TikTok already.

Otherwise, it sounds like you need to work on your websites SEO. Look up different SEO strategies and start implementing them.

Hi @Simifo12,

I had a look at your store - your products are lovely. First, I’d encourage you to double-check whether the traffic you’re seeing is truly organic or if some of it could be bots. More importantly, ask whether that traffic is leading to sales or genuine engagement, because numbers alone don’t always tell the whole story.

From there, a few areas you might focus on:

  • Product-market fit: Are your products competitive in your region and clearly positioned to build trust with new customers?
  • Store interface: You may want to rethink your header navigation. Keeping it short, clear, and easy to follow can reduce friction for new visitors. On product pages, make sure your titles are compelling enough to stop the scroll and spark interest.
  • SEO & content: Optimize your product descriptions and metadata so people can discover you more easily through search engines.
  • Marketing channels: Experiment with multiple channels - email, retargeting, even affiliate partnerships - to turn visitors into buyers. (Some merchants I know use tools like UpPromote to strengthen their affiliate marketing in a simple way.)

Wishing you the best as you refine your store and turn those visits into sales!
