I am based in the UK and generally use Shopify Pay. On occasion I issue invoices for payment later by BACS outside of Shopify.
There is no fee for this shown in the order timeline and when checking the billing, the transaction fees are not itemised i.e. the invoice # is not shown. So it’s hard to check. Oddly shipping fees are shown linked to a specific order.
Is there a way to see if these itemised transaction fees?

The transaction fees for non-Shopify Payments orders show up as a lump sum on your monthly Shopify bill rather than being itemized per order. It’s annoying for bookkeeping.
The closest you can get is going to Settings > Billing > View all bills, then opening the specific bill where the transaction fee charge appears. It usually shows as “Transaction fees” with a total amount. To figure out which orders triggered it, you’d need to cross-reference with orders where the payment method wasn’t Shopify Payments.
If you filter your orders by payment gateway (the non-Shopify ones), you can manually calculate the fee per order based on your plan’s transaction fee rate. Not ideal but it works for reconciliation.
Are you seeing these fees on every BACS order, or just some? On most plans the transaction fee is 0.5-2% for third-party payment providers, so knowing your plan rate would help narrow down which orders are generating the charges.
