Dear Team,

We are working with the sub contactor The OZ.com for Guerlain website, : https://guerlain-ventecollaborateur.myshopify.com/. The OZ.Com is Shopifyplus partner. By the way, we met a problem and we need some more help as the live website is starting soon. To make clearing with our backend, when Shopify e-shop sends the customer payment to the Adyen API, we need the Shopify ‘transaction order number’ to be sent in the field Reference in this API.

Please help us, how could this be made possible that shopify sends well that information to Adyen ?

It is a classic need to make customer invoice clearing with payment received in our backend.
