Can someone tell if shopify allow transfer of domain from hostinger or not?
I could only be able to connect and point it to shopify but i cant seem to transfer it, maybe i am doing something wrong. Can someone please help me out

You can find out how to transfer your domain to Shopify here on our help site.
Be sure to check out the requirements for doing so to ensure your domain is eligible for transfer first.
All domains require 60 days to have passed after domain purchase before transferring to another host is possible, and this is not a requirement we can edit from here in Shopify.
Let me know if you think your domain meets all the requirements yet you’re still unable to make that transfer so we can investigate this with you!
