Is it possible or is there an app to support transferring inventory between separate legal entities. I am selling product from France to USA. Due to the success in USA and other legal/tax issues, I now need to sell the goods from a USA location. Therefore I need to transfer my EU goods from the EU company to the USA company. Does shopify do this from an accounting point of view? Is there an app that helps do this from an accounting point of view?

Shopify doesn’t support transferring inventory between separate legal entities for accounting purposes. To handle transferring goods from your EU company to your USA company, you’ll need third-party apps or an accounting solution. This is because Shopify helps with sales tax automation but doesn’t file or remit taxes.
For tax automation in the US, you can use Tax Rex ‑ Sales Tax Automation, which helps with US sales tax calculations and filings.
