I’m having issues receiving an online shopify store after purchase. The seller stated he spoke with support and they were going to escalate. I just created a shopify email today. Could that have been the issue why? Also I can’t speak with support because I don’t currently have a store, but I have the ticket number from the seller, Any and every bit of advice for this issue to be resolved will be greatly apprecitated
