Does anyone know how to transfer my previous store’s statistics to my new store? For some reason my old store got removed so I had to re-create a new website with the same products, themes etc so I was wondering if it was possible to transfer over my old store’s sales to my new store?

I was reading online, and seen a few mentions about a “CSV” not too sure what to do. Would really appreciate some help. Thank you in advance!

When you refer to statistics do you mean orders and sales information? If so, you can export from the old store and upload some things, but it can be quite complicated.

As an alternative, you could install our Report Toaster app on both stores. Then contact our support team and we can allow all data to be seen under one account. Please feel free to take a look.
