Hey @LuisReyes , we’ll work with you to help diagnose why this happened and sort. Please go to Settings > Languages > Export for the CSV of your translations. You can find and replace / overwrite any changes in bulk there, but if you could also send it to me via DM I’d like to see what’s happened where. Thanks
Topic summary
Main issue: Translate & Adapt translated CSS within product content when localizing to Japanese, converting CSS color names (e.g., background-color: red) into Japanese (background-color: 赤), likely breaking styles. The user wants a bulk fix rather than editing each product manually.
Latest update/action: Staff advised exporting translations via Settings > Languages > Export to get a CSV, then using find-and-replace or overwrite to correct the affected entries in bulk. Staff also requested the CSV via direct message to investigate the root cause.
Technical notes: CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) controls visual styles; translating CSS tokens like color names can invalidate styling. CSV (comma-separated values) is a spreadsheet-friendly format for bulk editing.
Status: Open. Next steps are for the user to export the CSV, perform bulk corrections, and share the file with staff for diagnosis. No final resolution yet.
